yes the time has come im probably going to moving out my house very soon...alot of memorys in this house(sighh) but i have out grown my room and plus my parents are moving soon (lol) i was hoping to skip the hole apt thing and jump right into a house but looks like ill have to wait maybe 2 years or so:-(...nothing ever goes how i would like anyway...im heading in the right direction as far as savings, a few more thousand and i will start eyeing up houses...im going to a 1st time homebuyers class may.15th and you can potential get a $10k grant or 6% of the cost of the house grant...but i have terrible luck sooo thats out...right now im looking/pricing things im going to need for my apt...ill keep you posted
